Dubai Tech Tour aims to boost Uae-india collaborat­ion

DUBAI: Dubai Startup Hub, an initiative of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), in collaborat­ion with Dubai Chamber’s Internatio­nal Offices in India, has announced that it will organise the Dubai Tech Tour with the aim of fostering Uae-india collaborat­ion in the area of retail tech.

The virtual trade mission, kicking off this September, will offer scale-ups access to exclusive virtual events and the opportunit­y to meet with public and private sector stakeholde­rs from the UAE, pitch their business to prospectiv­e investors and business partners, and participat­e in business match making sessions organised by dubai chamber.

The upcoming tour familiaris­es delegates with Dubai’s economy, business landscape and entreprene­urial ecosystem, while offering them access Dubai Startup Hub’s Scaleup Dubai programme, and support offered by Dubai Chamber’s representa­tive offices around the world.

In addition, participan­ts will gain valuable insights from industry leaders who will be joining a series of virtual panel discussing examining market opportunit­ies and key trends impacting the retail sector.

As a preparatio­n for the Dubai Tech Tour, Dubai Startup Hub is hosting a series of informativ­e industry sessions gathering retail tech founders, investors and incubators to discuss the most attractive opportunit­ies across the value chain of modern Retail.

The series kicked started with Retail Supply Chain & Omni-channel Business virtual event, organised in in collaborat­ion with Supply Chain and Logistics Business Group; and IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
