Eid timings of DHA hospitals, medical fitness centres

DUBAI: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) announced the working hours for all DHA hospitals, DHA COVID-19 assessment and vaccination centres, DHA administration, primary health centres and medical fitness centres during the Eid Al Fitr holidays.

TIMING OF DHA HOSPITALS: Hospitals and health centres will work as per shit timings and medical practitioners will be on call to ensure work continues as usual. The emergency departments of all DHA hospitals will be functional round-the-clock.

In terms of specialist outpatient clinics, Rashid, Latifa and Dubai hospital outpatient services will be closed during the Eid holidays.

Hata Hospital’s family medicine clinic will be open from 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm on the first day of Eid and 8:00 am - 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm on the second and third day of Eid.

COVID-19 VACCINATION CENTRES: The Oud Metha vaccination centre will be open on Thursday, 5th May from 8 am to 8 pm, on Friday 6th May and Saturday 7th May, the centre will be open from 4 pm to 8 pm and on Sunday 8th May, it will be open from 8 am to 8 pm.

TIMINGS OF PRIMARY HEALTHCARE CENTRES: In terms of primary healthcare centres (PHCS), the Nadd Al Hamar, Al Barsha and Airport Medical Centre will function roundthe-clock on all days.

All other DHA primary healthcare centres will be closed during the Eid break.

The Al Lusialy Health Centre will also be open from 7:30 am - 2:30 pm on the second and third day of Eid.

MEDICAL FITNESS CENTRES: All medical fitness centres will be closed during the Eid break.

DHA’S SPECIALISED CENTRES Most of DHA’S specialised centres will be closed during the Eid break.

The Dubai Cord Blood and Research Centre will be open from 2nd May, Monday to Thursday, 5th May from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and on 6th May, Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm

The Dubai Fertility Centre will be open on 2nd May, Monday to 4th May, Wednesday from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Blood Donation Centre will be open from 30th April, Saturday to 1st May, Sunday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and 3rd May, Tuesday to 5th May, Friday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
