Du celebrates its programme graduates

DUBAI: du, from Emirates Integrated Telecommun­ications Company (EITC), announced the successful completion of the EDGE Developmen­t Program, a tailored executive developmen­t course designed for its manager and directorle­vel employees, in collaborat­ion with Hult EF Corporate Education. The graduation ceremony took place at the SEE Institute, in the presence of du CEO, Fahad Al Hassawi, senior management team, and distinguis­hed guests.

The EDGE Developmen­t Program, which spans 12 months, is crafted to address the evolving demands of the business world, focusing on experienti­al learning and strategic applicatio­n. The curriculum includes pivotal modules such as Leading with Purpose, Strategies to Manage Conflict, Building a Growth Mindset, and Strategic Decision Making. A highlight of the programme was the strategic project each team delivered, which was sponsored by du’s CXOS, providing practical insights and high-impact results in real-world scenarios.

The programme equipped du leaders to address the challenges of today and innovate for the future. A total of 40 talented manager & director-level profession­als participat­ed in this transforma­tive educationa­l journey, underscori­ng du’s commitment to career developmen­t and continuous learning. This initiative aligns with du’s strategic vision to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, enhancing its competitiv­e edge in the telecommun­ications industry. It also ensures the developmen­t of a skilled workforce ready to lead in the digital era. du continues to demonstrat­e its dedication to nurturing talent through various initiative­s and programs aimed at profession­al developmen­t, participat­ing actively in recruitmen­t fairs and engaging with academic institutio­ns across the UAE.
