MONIN: NATURALLY INSPIRING

- Monin.com

Monin, the renowned syrup brand, has recently opened a beverage center in Dubai. It is the seventh center the brand has launched worldwide, following Paris, Bourges, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Dallas and Clearwater. The property also includes an office area.

Monin’s studios offer a space to work with customers, in order to develop new drinks and product applications, and also to implement staff training.

“Covering 28 markets from the Middle East, Levant, India and Africa for more than 10 years, the opening of the studio has arrived at a perfect time as it strengthens our position in the market,” stressed Jeremy Coulbeck, Monin MEIA general manager .

Marc Menicable has recently joined the company’s team and will be in charge of running and operating the studio.

Monin’s beverage innovation managers and directors are considered experts in cocktails and specialty coffees. They are based within their local markets with access to creative studios worldwide. In 2016, the focus will be on launching new products such as Popcorn syrup of Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu, which is, according to Coulbeck, widely spread in Korean and Japanese cuisine. “Yuzu is the new premium citrus must-have on menus. Tangy and tarty with a sensual citrus fragrance, Le Fruit de Monin Yuzu adds an amazing flavor to refreshing cocktails or a soothing touch to a hot drink when under the weather,” he said. These new products will be available for tasting at Dubai’s Gulfood 2016 (Hall 2, Stand 2 – D17).
