Next edition of Innovative Leaders Programme in UK

DUBAI: Sheikha Manal Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Women Establishm­ent (DWE) and wife of Sheikh man sour binzay ed al na hy an, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidenti­al Affairs, has announced the second edition of The Innovative Leaders Programme in collaborat­ion with the prestigiou­s Ashridge-hult Internatio­nal Business School.

The programme, which is being held in the United Kingdom until April 28, is designed to help Emirati women enhance their leadership and management skills, spearhead progress within their organisati­ons and contribute effectivel­y to the UAE’S ongoing developmen­t. Sheikha Manal said, “The programme is in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, who said that the UAE leadership prioritise­s youth developmen­t, and encourages them to achieve the highest levels of innovation and creativity, so the UAE can achieve the highest internatio­nal ranks across various sectors.” Sheikha Manal commended the positive response from both public and private sector organisati­ons, highlighti­ng the calibre of employees participat­ing this year. Sixteen Emirati female leaders from the public and private sectors in the UAE will participat­e in the second edition of this advanced training programme.
