their opponents from Comoros with Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa waiting with bated breath for the winner of the two- legged fixture.

Galaxy resumed training several weeks ago and is looking to get ready to host Zilimadjou on the 27th and 29th November 2020.

The return fixture will see Galaxy travel to Comoros to face their opponents on the weekend of 4th and 6th December 2020.

Zilimadjou are the winners of the league title and have won their domestic honours a record 3 times and the federation cup three times as well. Thus the team is no stranger to the big CAF Champions League stage and they are likely to pose a serious threat to the current holders of the BTC Premiership trophy.

On the other hand, Galaxy will have to go all out and throw their spanners to the works to kill the game in the first leg. Home ground gives them an advantage to start the game right and force their opponents to start on the wrong foot so that their second leg game won’t be that much difficult.

In an interview this week Galaxy mouthpiece, Tankiso Morake said they can’t be expected to have learnt much about the team in a short spell. “We saw the information about our opponents on the internet and there hasn’t been any formal writing to us.

“For now I cannot leave my job and do research on that team, there are people who will do the research and present it to us. We cannot request them to do their research swiftly without going in deep because journalists are after the news, we will give the information about our opponents when it is available.” •

Orapa United will welcome AS Kigali on the weekend of 27- 29 November with the return leg slated for December 4th and 6th 2020 in Kigali, Rwanda. The Ostriches have been working towards their fitness lately and will possibly be in shape for the fixture.

“We don’t know much about our opponents but we are aware that they haven’t been active just as we haven’t been active; we are preparing for the fixture and so far we have played several friendly games to get the boys in shape for this highly anticipated fixture,” Orapa United spokesperson, Kabo William said in an interview.
