Tour Kasane Holiday Club is destined to usher that one time and out of this world kind of event, for New year’s eve.

The Tour Kasane Holiday club, has come up with an initiative to resuscitate local tourism, and ensure that the entertainment industry does not die completely. This tour is arranged by Jenn’s Travel & Tours, and the tour is expected to activate plenty of activities, while refreshing people from the devastating effects of the pandemic year.

Promoter of the event, Gilbert Seagile of Gilbert Promotions explains that the tour is a two- day trip from Gaborone to Kasane by a bus. He narrates that the event was specifically made for the entertainment lovers, and revive that traditional tourism at the end of the year.

“A lot of the people are devastated because there are no events this year, so we have put together this event just to provide that relaxation, and share the unique lifestyle event for both the young and the old,” he says adding that the event targets the youthful entertainment lovers who never travel, to give them a unique experience as well as the contemporary fun lovers too.

The tour will comprise a bus party, lined up with DJs and art

ists who will entertain people on the way. He points out that there will also be bus stops to allow people to rest and acknowledge the beauty of nature along the way while the artists keep on entertaining them through their good music.

“New Year’s Eve means a lot to many people, which is why we had to think outside the box to do something because we also admit that music is a therapy, especially after experiencing a difficult year like this one. We have thus planned everything without ignoring Covid- 19 protocols, but to just welcome the new year in style in the midst of this pandemic,” said Seagile.

The package for the trip include; two- days accommodation, boat cruising, game drive, snake park, croc farm, bush picnic, Kazungula Bridge, Lesoma memorial visit and bush picnic.

Seagile notes that they tried as much as possible to include the popular events that Kasane is known for, and this is for the people to have a wide variety to choose from.

“The various activities allow both the young and the old to select what suites them; to create those good memories prior to welcoming the new year,” he said. There will also be a professional photographer and a chef to serve the travellers with an exceptional reception.
