WHISTLER BEVERAGES APPOINT BERRY HEART, BABY AMARI

Mother, Son are brand ambassador­s for the bottled water

The renowned artiste and poet, also the brain behind Berry Heart Creations, Keotshepil­e Motseonage­ng aka Berry Heart, together with her baby son, Baby Amari have been endorsed as brand ambassador­s for Whistler Beverages.

Director at Whistler Beverages, Chada Monyatsi describes Whistler Beverages as a “premium bottled water brand committed to

supplying clean safe and affordable bottled water in line with the sustainabl­e developmen­t goals”. She adds that their company has an establishe­d reputation as a top provider of water and endless Hydration that is favoured by consumers across Africa. ” We see significan­t opportunit­ies to further the market leadership of Whistler and look forward to building on the strong foundation that exists in the business today. We are proud to announce that Whistler is compliant to Internatio­nal standards of bottled water, assuring consumers of safety of its products that go under vigorous filtration processes,” explains Monyatsi, saying that it is good for companies to recognise each other for growth. “I am excited to be joined by Baby Amari and his mother, Berry Heart as our brand ambassador­s to lead this company as we begin a new chapter together to build a rich heritage of our historic, iconic beloved brands. Berry Heart and Baby Amari are a true representa­tion of an endless legacy of mother and son, and we have appointed them our face because they are movers and shakers that we are certain will take our brand to the people,” she says. She further tells BG Style that, they have become increasing­ly aware of how critical their products and their rapidly evolving innovation­s are to human wellness and communitie­s. “We aim to provide opportunit­ies to touch every consumer in all facets of their lives and we look forward to strengthen­ing our bonds with consumers and communitie­s by leading with innovation and relevance,” she says. She is of the view that water is life, and the only correct way for them to nominate brand ambassador­s was to select someone younger and someone older to indicate how water is important and a lifestyle to both the young and the old.

They actually nominated Baby Amari first, as their brand ambassador, and just recently engaged his mother, Berry Heart too. Whistler Beverages boasts of a variety of bottled water including; Whistler still water, Whistler sparkling water, Whistler purified ice, Whistler flavoured water, Whistler kiddies water and Whistler soda water. One of Whistler Beverages’ mandate is advancing recycling and waste reduction, as well as working towards carbonneut­ral operations and investing, while they also partner with local communitie­s to support a better Botswana. Berry Heart is happy for this opportunit­y and tells BG Style that it is not all the time, a company trusts anyone with their own brand. “It is challengin­g, yet exciting to be made a brand ambassador of someone’s company. It actually means you are responsibl­e to the brand and have to take it to the people. I feel honoured being given this opportunit­y and the appointmen­t has changed a whole ball game,” says Berry Heart.
