LEGALISE IT - YES ‘ IT’

- THIRD EYE

The latest science from the west says that one should eat a variety of 32 vegetables in a week in order to stay healthy. It is going to be nearimpossible for most to reach that target but there is a vegetably plant that most should be able to incorporate into their meal – marijuana. As a matter of fact, marijuanainfused foods have been eaten in some societies as far back as 1000 B. C. If all one ever manages is eight types of vegetables a week, they would at least be able to reach nine types if they can legally consume marijuana.

“Legally consume” because as of this writing, marijuana remains banned. Oddly, even people who can change marijuana’s legal status ( MPs who smoke it and possibly eat marijuana- infused foods) haven’t sought to do so.

No names no pack drill but it is common knowledge that certain rijo smokers have served ( and probably still serve) as MPs. Beyond serving as food, marijuana is also a medicinal plant which can cure 37 ailments.

What does it say about the sanity of our political leaders that a drug that can cure those many ailments is illegal while one that can cause more than 37 ( alcohol) is legal? Tragically, Botswana – which an Australian scholar says was created for whites, appears to be turning African.

For the first time in history, government health facilities have run out of life- saving medication. Last year, the Leader of the Opposition credibly alleged that “people are dying” as a result of this shortage.

It would make perfect sense to legalise this medicinal drug because government hospitals and clinics have run out of medication. As a matter of fact, that would be very solid defence in court if law enforcement officials found you in possession of marijuana and lay charges against you.

A government that is unable to procure life- saving medication for its citizens can’t realistically expect those citizens to not treat their medical conditions with medication they can grow in their backyards.
