Mapalastina struggle to find form

- BG Correspondent

Botswana Football League ( BFL) giants Township Rollers have been struggling for form lately and this Friday they face Eleven Angels in a highly anticipated league game.

Popa has been blowing hot and cold in the league but there is a sense of hope that their game against Angels will be a turn around. The Gaborone based club drew against Security Systems over the weekend, and the team looked out of shape and demotivated in their approach. However, new Coach Sergio Traguil has emphasized the importance of changing the players’ mindset and getting them involved every week to get the best performance from them. A game against mid table side, Eleven Angels might break or make the team; should they lose, the low morale in the camp will probably worsen and if they emerge victorious they might come out of their dark place. Traguil has disregarded most senior players in the team and opted for young blood with the likes of Segolame Boy, Mogakolodi Ngele and Edwin Moalosi having been out the weekend game. On the other hand, Angels will not be a walk over, the team currently stands firm in position 10, in their first season in top- flight football; they have proven their powers and can cause any team problems. In other fixtures, log leaders Gaborone United will be on the road to face Sowa Flamingos who are finding their feet at the Sowa Town Council Stadium. Chasers Jwaneng Galaxy will also take a long trip to Phikwe where Nico United lie in wait for them, Orapa United takes on Police XI at Itekeng Stadium.
