NUTRITION FOR YOUR MIND AND MOOD PART 1

Do you wake up full of the joys of life? Or do you greet the day with irritation and malaise? How you feel first thing in the morning can indicate the state of health, or inflammation, inside your brain.

Morning Moody Mind

During sleep, the brain removes waste, and refreshes nutrients, via the lymphatic system (like wiping-down the kitchen and restocking cupboards overnight). In the morning, before movement drains pooled fluids, the waste lymph (collected at the base of the brain) influences neurophysiology and thoughts.

Waking up feeling miserable, moody, or anxious can be the result of toxins and inflammation. Some people notice mood elevates after getting up, as detox completes and they rehydrate. Detoxing and fasting also change our mood, as toxins are released then removed from the body.

Mind-Body Connection

Thoughts, emotions, and physiology are interconnected. When fluids bathing the brain flow freely, they provide adequate nutrition and remove waste. But, if fluids become stagnant, or the brain is inflamed, the neurons (cells of the brain’s electrical system) become inefficient.

With sufficient energy, and the correct nutrients, thoughts are sharp, focused, and logical. But, if the brain is inflamed or malnourished it reduces energy and nutrient availability, and thoughts become less rational, less coherent, more emotional, and more anxious.

The mind- body connection means we perceive inner workings as our own emotions. There’s no separation between how we ‘feel’ and how the brain ‘feels’. Knowing it is physical conditions shaping emotional perceptions empowers us to take control of the entire psychological landscape.

Inflammation and Toxicity

Thoughts mirror conditions inside the body. For example, toxicity in the gut directly impacts and inflames the brain. Inflammation causes an overload of ‘information’, distracting the immune system from critical tasks, like removing dangerous toxins.

Refined sugar causes immediate inflammation while substances damaging gut lining and bacteria (like pesticides) cause slower, chronic, inflammation, taking several days to impact the mental state. Heavy metals also create inflammation that accumulates over longer periods of time. Feeling restored and rejuvenated after sleep, and waking up in a positive mood, is the result of a complete overnight clean-up. Specifically, the brain has removed metabolic waste that naturally accumulates during the day and provided enough free-flowing nutrition for cells to thrive.

Advice ; as much as included other nutritional foods like nuts etc I believe its not blasphemy to include avob beverages, read and give me feedback
