LEAH RELEASES UPLIFTING NEW ALBUM
Talented award-winning gospel songstress Leah is ending the year 2020 with a bang with the recent release of her new album, titled ‘O montle.’Surprisingly, this album is already doing well in comparison to her icon previous album, ‘You are worthy.’
O montle is the title track to eight songs of this new album, which was recorded in Ogesel Studios in Mafikeng, South Africa. Leah said that O montle album has come to bring the most beautiful experience ever in her life just as the title track suggests. “O montle loosely translates to You are beautiful, and this is not about my beauty or anyone’s beauty but how beautiful God is. This is about how God has been protecting me, and beautifying my life in the midst of it all. I must admit that at first, I would see the devil but, in the end,, I had to confidently see that God is always by my side and uplifting me. I had to write this song to preach about his goodness in our lives,” she said.
The iconic singer echoed that O Montle song will forever be the greatest song that she has ever written because God has indeed taken her through her roughest patches. “He is a beautiful God and I have never been this confident about His beauty, love and magnificence. He gave me peace at life and the album is exceptionally doing well as new as it is during this challenging era of Covid-19 pandemic. The release of O Montle was so timely from its birth to its release, and the title track was particularly inspired by my day to day life when I look back through the challenges and struggles, I have had, especially over the past two years in the process of releasing my second album.” Leah said the title track video will also be released soon. “I am really humbled by people’s response because the reception is good to a point where there are people who pay even before getting their hard copies, and I send them through a courier at a later time,” she said. Leah also said that the new album gives her courage to realise that she can achieve more when she puts her mind to it. “I
always thought ‘You are Worthy’ was a hit, but now ‘O Montle’ is beyond,” she added.
