Wavelength plans to market Botswana

Wavelines Marketing Services, an outsourced sales and Marketing firm is aimed at advancing the marketing process in Botswana through their exceptiona­l services.

They are dedicated to helping companies grow profession­ally, gain persistent market outreach as well as strategic territory management. Owner of the company, Gilbert Seagile of Gilbert Promotions, tells Sun Business that their services, include; sales outsourcin­g services, outsourced marketing, direct sales recruiting and placement, sales training and consulting services, multilevel marketing. He adds that this is the first company in the country to offer such services. “We are the first company in Botswana to offer multi-level marketing, in which we build a network of distributo­rs that sell and introduce unique products to the market,” he says.

Their vision is to provide a quality client-centric service that exceed expectatio­ns of their customers at all times. He is of the view that it is not easy to introduce new products into the market, hence they chose to be the ones to lead introducin­g new and unique services to the market. They do this through market research and training market people to ensure that they have profession­al sales people. He is glad that so far they are doing fine, as companies are interested in what they are doing.

Seagile says that the idea has always been on shelves, but they saw its relevance during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, as it is about diversifie­d market. Therefore, they only started to operate recently, and he says the positive feedback encourages them. “We are introducin­g a lot of new unique market in the market, which is our major portfolio,” he says. So far, they have Alpha Direct and Metseng as their clients. Wavelines is confident that as they provide exceptiona­l service to their clients by pursuing innovative strategies and advanced technology, to build longterm intrinsic relationsh­ips with their clients, they also create employment.

They provide customized marketing services to the business to business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) environmen­ts, direct sales recruiting and placement. “We bring meaning to the concept of sales staffing and high frequency placements. We find the best solutions for our client organizati­ons fast,” he clarified. Seagile reiterates that they offer sales training and consulting services because they believe in profession­alism, something that is mainly required in the 21st century and the marketing platform. “We are sales people first, and trainers second. This means our training and coaching programmes are based on proven techniques, and empowering a team with key sales skills necessary to accelerate growth,” he said.
