Fank ‘Franco’ Lesokwane, has previously told Vibe that despite the setback with Soul Fill Up, he was not deterred, noting that the show would continue once Covid19 restrictions are lifted.
He said the Covid19 pandemic restrictions had come with their own set of challenges, but despite the ups and downs, he would continue making music. Earlier this year, the 50-year-old who can still give men half his age a run for their money when it comes to stage performance, dropped a single (his first: he has only ever released albums) after a ‘soul seeking’ hiatus. The single, titled Motho yo ke ofe? is expected to be one of the songs his legion of fans will possibly enjoy during his two-hour performance. Franco, who has an impressive 18 albums under his belt, said the Covid19 pandemic had forced music artists to appreciate technology as a way to keep connected with fans and share their music.
