When asked about her goals, Modise expressed her ambition to play for the senior women’s team, the Mares. She is determined to continue working hard and improving her game.

“I’ve been playing football for a while now, and I joined Mexican Girls five years ago. In these years, I’ve grown as a player, and I’ve even played for the Young Mares. Now, my goal is to play for the senior team. I’m happy with my performance against BDF XI, and I’m proud of my beautiful free kick. I try to do my best in every game, and I’m glad to be contributing to the team,” she said.

Recently, Modise was selected to join the Mares for their international training camp in Turkey, in preparation for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations tournament, which will be held in Morocco later this year. This was a moment of great pride and joy for Modise, as it signifies that her hard work and dedication has been recognized.
