They are set to play their next match on Thursday, March 14th. With two solid wins under their belts, the team is looking forward to the next round and the opportunit­y to bring home the medal. “We started the competitio­n on a high note, winning our first match 2-0 against Egypt. We also did well against Mozambique and are now progressin­g to the next stage of the tournament. The team is in good spirits and is determined to do their best. We want to make our country proud and win,” Marumo said.

“We’re here to put up a good fight and show the world what we’re made of. We’ve heard people talking about us and it’s a great feeling to know that we’ve captured the people’s attention. We’re in good shape and there are no injuries to report, so we’re ready to take on the next team with confidence and optimism,” he added.

Jack and George, the dynamic duo, have been partners on the court for some time and have been making history in Africa, racking up points and victories. They’ve been a force to be reckoned with in the southern African region and have even been ranked the second-best team in Africa for 2022.

Their experience and determinat­ion have taken them far, and every win brings them closer to their goal of becoming the best and accumulati­ng points.

According to Sekao Boifang Jack, one of the players, the team is feeling confident in their progress in the All-Africa Games and is prepared to advance to the next round. He said that they played well against Egypt in the first set, winning both sets despite the tough competitio­n. He added that they are optimistic about their chances of winning in the quarter finals and are committed to giving it their all.
