Morning Onuses- Keys That Shape Happiness And Productivity During The Day

-

As the seconds of the day pass, our souls feel to engage in a desert mode. We experience dryness and our day does not pan out the way we desire. We often console ourselves by saying I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. We become unapproachable due to our grumpiness and uptightness. Emotions are all skating on thin ice, and we are exposed to a vulnerable state. Do you ever wonder why we feel like that?

At the beginning of your day, that is, after waking up, there are a few key acts/onuses that we ought to fulfil before we leave our nests. These help us to position ourselves in a posture that busks us to positive energy. It is imperative to appreciate the presence of Grace in our lives.

Grace gives us an opportunity to experience another day and it will enable events to unfold in our lives in order to prosper us. This helps us to activate the Grace around us and makes opportunities easily recognisable. The Grace activation is done through prayer. Prayer does not have to be all decorated and very long. It can just be; “Thank you for Grace and an opportunity to live Lord”. It only takes less than five seconds to say that.

Secondly, it is imperative to make up your bed immediately after waking up and thanking Grace. When you do not make up your bed, it invites disorder in the unfolding of activities of the day. Even when you walk into your bedroom during the day, the sight of the disorganisation would brew laziness and lower mood levels. Our thought processes become tempered with and we cannot think or understand events to our par best hence end up feeling low self-esteem and low self-worth which ultimately leads to bad decision making.

But, when you make up your bad, you project a good day, organised and propels you to do more work that would make you feel a high self-esteem and high self-worth. On our previous article titled SPIRITUAL REALM- THE CRADLE AND FOUNDATION OF LIFE, we said life begins first in the spirit so if our surroundings are disorganised, so would be our state spiritually and psychologically whilst organised surroundings emit positive energy and strengthen our spiritual posture.

7hirdly positive self affirmations are what you should declare with a positive conviction. Unfortunately, there is no one who knows you better than you do. Therefore, we ought not to give anyone a chance to define who we are. :hat people say about us is just opinions and at time they are not even close to accuracy.

,f you speaN self affirmations you build a strong foundation for self-worth and selfefficacy.

Once you feel good about yourself, any negative energy that tempers with your emotions and mood will be discarded easily simply because your standing is clear and well defined.

If we subject to opinions by others, we will end up not loving ourselves in a fashion we are supposed to. It is very key to speak positive things regarding our lives because by so doing, we are depositing life in the spiritual realm and what we deposit is what we harvest with time. Fourthly, we ought to do a breathe play exercise. It helps to re-energize and re-align our spirit, soul and mind. Sometimes we feel too tired to do what the body wants while the mind opposes or visa-versa.

This is because the air we breathe get trapped in our lungs and compromises the efficiency of our body cells. 7he breathe play helps the trapped air to escape the lungs and allow for the inhaled air to feed the body to make it very refreshed and tender.

When you do not feel well emotionally, psychologically or physically, a breathe play exercise is the remedy to calm all the latter. The mood and happiness we endure throughout the day is determined by how we respond to all the above acts we ought to fulfil in the morning. ,f you ticN the four mentioned onuses, we are sure geared towards having a fun filled day.
