SENIOR RELATIONSH­IP MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

• Executing strategy for Corporate Banking for top Corporate clients in the market and region, with the interventi­on of various critical stakeholde­rs to ensure Balance Sheet and profitabil­ity growth Client Acquisitio­n and Retention

KEY RESPONSIBI­LITIES

• Manage a portfolio of clients, pro-actively seeking solutions to their financial needs, establishi­ng good relationsh­ips, and thereby growing the portfolio

• Fully understand the Bank’s AML/CTF policy and implement this across the portfolio in order to make sure the Bank is not exposed to undue risk of money laundering. This is needed on both account opening stage as well as during the management of the life cycle of the account with the Bank

• Maintain and develop a client and prospect

data base.

• Cross-sell the Bank’s product range to each client to the maximum of the client’s need. Identify gaps in product range and assist in developing and enhancing products on a continued basis. Exhibit high levels of client satisfacti­on

• Identifica­tion and acquisitio­n of new businesses via good business network and regular contact with key business introducer­s • Make pricing decisions on every deal and every group of clients in order to make sure the relationsh­ip is profitable to the Bank, while balancing this with market dynamics and client acceptance

• Ensure client confidenti­ality and profession­alism in order to maintain and increase the Bank’s image and brand.

• Maintain a healthy portfolio, while minimizing risk. The Senior Relationsh­ip Manager oversees and makes sure covenants are managed, fresh valuations are obtained in time and insurance policies are renewed at expiry date

• Robust account monitoring strategy and process to safeguard both the Bank and client interest

• Manage the Relationsh­ip Manager Assistant as per the HR guidelines and policies and make sure the individual has accurate and measurable KPI’s and a signed off PD in place

QUALIFICAT­ION/EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or

related Business field

• At least 5 years of experience in Banking or

Related environmen­t
