Kanye West Reportedly Pulls Out Of Presidential Race
Kanye West appears to no longer be into the idea of being elected president in 2024, with reports surfacing that he’s pulled out of the race altogether. The rapper and producer’s top advisers are far-right white nationalist Nick Fuentes, former president Donald Trump, insurrectionist Ali Alexander, and agent provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos.
However, according to The Daily Beast, political shenanigans are afoot in Yeezy’s quest for the White House as none of his advisors seem to get along very well. “As other Republican presidential hopefuls ramp up their White House bids, West’s political team of far-right influencers has found a new foe: each other,” the publication reports. “After once working together to elect West — or at least get him more attention through media appearances on fringe outlets like InfoWars — West campaign staffers like Fuentes, Jan. 6 rally organizer Ali Alexander, and British provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos have turned on one another.” This infighting has reportedly turned the DONDA rapper off from taking the campaign further, with documentary filmmakers and advisers alike put off from the idea altogether — and West is fine with that, too.
“Right now, I am living my life — like I’m concentrating on the school, The Donda Academy, and my new wife, and my kids, and that’s it,” West reportedly told documentary filmmaker Adam Camacho, who was hired to document the presidential campaign. “I just want to be left alone.” The new wife he speaks of is Bianca Censori, whom he reportedly wed in January. Censori, who has worked at Ye’s company for several years and is a former architectural designer, recently commemorated her love with West at a private ceremony. Despite having tied the knot in secret, it seems the couple haven’t yet filed a marriage certificate to make it legal. The marriage to Censori came just a few months after West finalized his divorce from reality star Kim Kardashian, with whom he shares four children.
Ye and Kim Kardashian finalized their messy and protracted divorce in November 2022 after sorting out the last of the child custody and property issues in court. As part of the settlement, West agreed to wire Kardashian $200,000 on the first day of each month in child support payments for the foreseeable future. It was also reported that while they legally agreed to a 50/50 custody split, their four children — North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3 — will spend most of their time in Calabasas with Kardashian. Kanye West is also responsible for paying 50 percent of their kids’ tuition and educational expenses, as well as overseeing half of their security funds. Both parties waived off spousal support in their prenup, but if there are any disagreements over matters involving the kids, Kim and Kanye agreed to legal mediation. If one of them doesn’t show up, the other will have full power in the decision-making.
