1. Construction Project Manager. Ref KCBT-CPM- WTW Job Summary
• Ultimate responsibility for the execution and delivery of the Water Treatment Plant including the supply, installation, construction and commissioning of the Plant • Report directly to the top managements of
the company • Managing a large construction team comprising of engineers, technologists, construction managers, site agents, construction staff, support staff and administration staff.
Qualification and Experience
• B.eng / B.tech in – Civil / Mechanical Eng. • Registered with ERB as Professional Engineer or equivalent authority. Post Graduate Qualification will serve as an advantage. • 18 + years’ experience after graduation of which 8 + years of site experience in similar positions.
2. Senior Construction Manager Ref: KCBT-SCM-WTW Job Summary
• Responsible and accountable for the day to day running of construction operations for the Water Treatment Works. • This person will therefore integrate the mechanical, electrical, C&I, civil and structural construction activities on site. • He will report directly to the Construction
Project Manager. • He will be responsible for the successful
commissioning of the Treatment Works.
Qualification and Experience
• B.eng / B.tech. in Civil / Mechanical Eng. – Registered with ERB as Professional Engineer or equivalent Authority. Post Graduate Qualification will serve as an advantage. • A proven track record in achieving first
class construction management on large • infrastructure projects ( Water Treatment works Pipe lines, Reservoirs and Wastewater Treatment Works).
3. Construction Manager Mechanical Ref KCBT-CMM-WTW Job Summary
• Will be responsible and accountable for the day to day running of mechanical construction operations on the Water Treatment Works
Qualification and Experience
• B.eng / B.tech. –Mechanical Eng. – Registered with ERB as Professional Engineer or equivalent. • Post Graduate Qualification will serve as an
advantage.
• Minimum of 12 min years’ experience
working in Mechanical Construction • Management, with at least 5 years’ experience in and on a site construction environment.
4. Construction Manager Electrical and C&I Ref KCBT-CMI-WTW
• Will be responsible and accountable for the day to day managing of the Electrical as well as the Control and Instrumentation Infrastructure construction operations on the Water Treatment Works
Qualification and Experience
• B.eng / B.tech. – Electrical Eng. – Registered with ERB as Professional Engineer or equivalent. Post Graduate Qualification will serve as an advantage • Clear understanding that electrical and C&I sections of the Project are managed within agreed scope, cost, deadlines, and quality. • Minimum of 12 min years’ experience working in Construction Management, with at least 5 years’ experience in and on a site construction environment
5. Site Agent Civil Ref KCBT-SAC WTW Job Summary
• Will be responsible for the management of the civil engineering components of the WTW in order to achieve required project delivery to the Client’s objectives. • The Site Agent will deliver the project, to the specified quality, the required programme
Qualification and Experience
• ND in Civili Engineering • Project Management Certificate or
Diploma. • 8 + year experience working in a construction environment on similar project. • Registration with relevant professional
bodies.
6. Site Agent –Structures Ref KCBT-SAS- WTW
Job Summary • Will be responsible for the management of the structural components of the WTW in order to achieve required project delivery to the Client’s objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control. • The Site Agent will deliver the project, to

Qualification and Experience
• ND in Civil/structural Engineering • Project Management Certificate or Diploma
• 8 + year experience working in a construction environment on similar projects • Registration with relevant professional
bodies.
7. Resident Engineer Civil Ref KCBT-RECIV- WTW Job Summary
• The Resident Engineer is responsible for providing Civil Engineering functions on the Water Treatment Works • You will be required to give civil engineering specific insight at the conceptual stage of project to allow for accurate budgeting and project planning. You will also be required to inspect and assess work streams on the plant and ensure that construction is done according to specifications. • To give feedback to the design office on any design problems and to assist the contractor to resolve problems on site.
Qualification and Experience
• Beng (Civil) or Btech (Civil), registered with
ERB or Equivalent as a Professional. • Minimum 10 years’ resident engineering experience on Water and Sewer Treatment Plants or similar projects.
8. Resident Engineer Mechanical Ref KCBT-REM-WT Job Summary
• As a Mechanical, Resident Engineer on the WTW plant, you will be responsible for the quality of the construction of the Mechanical engineering works throughout the construction phase. • You will be required to give mechanical engineering specific insight at the conceptual stage of project to allow for accurate budgeting and project planning.
