-

Sefalana continues to build relationships with its customers following a hawkers trade show which was held on Friday, May 19th at the Mogoditshane Hyper Branch.

Organized to create a platform for Sefalana hawkers and suppliers to share ideas, the show attracted hawkers from Mogoditshane, Kopong, Metsimotlhabe, Medie, Lentsweletau and as far as Kaudwane. Giving an overview of the trade show, Sefalana Franchise and Marketing Executive Reginald Klinck said; “We provided this platform such that we can meet and know you as our customers because we only know names, sales and your tuck shop names. We thrive because of you. Since we have our suppliers with us, it is time to link and hear how your businesses

are doing as well as challenges you face and where we can help each other to overcome this. This will become a norm for us to meet and share ideas,” said Klinck. For his part, Sefalana Cash and Carry Managing Director Gerhard Scheepers said both the retailer, suppliers and customers influence each others lives positively. “As Sefalana, what is important is not only you buying from us but our interaction with our customers because its imperative that we interact as stakeholders. As a business we have a knowledge of goods we sell just like suppliers do but we need to get closer to each other such that we can add value to your businesses on how to do things properly because your success is for all of us,” he said. Amongst some of the suppliers who graced the event included Lactalis, Nestle, Twiza ,Unilever, Bokomo, CA Sales, Safari, National Brands
