Apnea Total is an international freediving organisation that promotes the Apnea Total Freediving Education System and provides certifications that are recognised worldwide. Apnea Total upholds the highest standards of freediving safety, instruction and education and is one of the largest certifying freediving organisations in the world. It is the first and longestestablished freediving school in Southeast Asia. The freediving centre was originally founded by Monica Ganame and Eusebio Saenz de Santamaria in 2003 and since this time has developed and grown into a thriving freediving headquarters with a large team of experienced Instructors and multiple freediving courses running daily. Apnea Total welcomes anyone who may have little to no experience in the ocean or those who are more experienced. Freediving with Apnea Total is a fun and safe water sport that can be enjoyed by everyone.
