KAMPONG GLAM SINGAPORE ON-GOING TO MARCH 17, 2019

Singapore’s Kampong Glam is pulsating with an exciting series of fun and entertaining activities. Kampong Glam serves as a flourishing centre of Malay and Islamic culture and a thriving tourist hub filled with an inspiring mix of personalities, shops, vibrant cafes and a buzzing ambience. Passion@ Kampongglam offers a weekend series dedicated to bringing out the best of this enclave through food, music and cultural activities. The activities take place Friday to Sunday from 4:00-6:00pm in front of the Singapore Visitor Centre on Bussorah Street. Fridays there are cooking demonstrations with top chefs, hosted by celebrity Chef Mel Dean; Saturdays sees live music performances when various musical artistes play, including local indie musicians from the Sultangate Musicman featuring a repertoire of popular local folk songs, and multi-cultural music reflecting the diverse heritage of Singapore. Traditional games and cultural activities are conducted for families to enjoy on Sundays. Browse the kiosks and pop-up stalls near the stage.
