Alternative for Sunrise

Angkor Wat isn’t the only place to greet the delta dawn. Phnom Bakheng crawls with tour groups at sunset, and is about as pleasant as being sealed in a vault with windy Uncle Chester. However, take a torch for a pre-dawn scramble up the 60 metre hill – you’ll be rewarded with a brilliant view of the countryside and Angkor Wat.
