Two held for stealing wire from worksite

VIGILANTE capital security guards were responsible for clipping the aspirations of two thieves trying to steal lengths of wire from a Phnom Penh Thmey commune construction site on Wednesday night. The trespassers had jumped the fence and snipped seven pieces of line when the watchmen noticed and apprehended them. The pair were handed over to cops who were preparing charges.
