Kingdom’s interest in Juniors ends

CAMBODIA’S competitiv­e interest in today’s boys and girls singles main draw of the first week of ITF Junior Tennis disappeare­d over the weekend after the defeat in the second round of Tep Timothy in the qualifiers following the loss in the first round of all other entrants from the Kingdom at the National Tennis Center.

After overcoming South Korea’s Park Jae-sung 7-6, 6-4 in the opening round, Timothy lost to the top seeded Patorn Hanchaikul of Thailand 6-2, 6-1.
