Zara arrives in Kingdom with integrated fashion offer via flagship store and online launch

-

ZARA entered Cambodia on May 12 with the opening of its first store in Phnom Penh and its online launch in the Kingdom.

With this fully integrated model, Cambodian customers will have access to the same full range of Zara products for women, men and kids available simultaneously both at the flagship store and online, with the arrival of new products twice a week.

Set in a prime location in Phnom Penh’s renowned Chip Mong 271 Mega Mall, the first Zara store in Cambodia totals 3,300sqm and spans one single floor.

The interiors – designed by Zara Architectural Studio – are predominantly white, clean and neutral, with hints of colour and warmth from the wooden furniture and the natural tones of the textiles

The flagship store has “boutique” spaces for Zara’s most recent launches, such as the Athleticz sportswear collection, and Shoes and Accessories.

These spaces have distinctive design and furnishings, and are equipped with adjacent restocking areas for a personalised service.

The store features Zara’s latest retail concept for larger stores. It is equipped with efficient technological tools to offer customers a unique fashion experience integrated with the newest online platform at Cambodia, Zara.com/kh, as well as via the Zara app and the Store Mode functionality.

Products ordered online will arrive wrapped in eco-friendly packaging specially designed to protect garments and items during the delivery process.

Items will be delivered for free regardless of the purchase amount if customers opt to receive their purchase at the store, with the standard delivery service of seven to eight working days.
