Sovannaphum Life sta s new year with ‘One Mission One Goal in 2024’ event
SOVANNAPHUM LIFE Assurance Plc – a leading life insurance company in Cambodia with financial strength and trust – kicked off the new year with a motivational event held under the theme of “One Mission One Goal in 2024”.
The event – which looked to the coming year and celebrated the highlights of 2023 – took place on January 13, 2024, at the Angkor Century Resort and Spa in Siem Reap province, with more than 300 staff from across the Kingdom taking part.
Looking to kick-start 2024 with an alignment of the company’s strategies and goals, the event outlined the plan of action for each team to achieve their set objectives this year.

Kah Meng in his opening remarks spoke of the importance of staff sharing the same mission and goal throughout the coming 12 months.
“We must all have the same mission and goal to achieve the best results, while our commitment and
strategic plans are also motivating factors for reaching our 2024 targets.
“Working on the same mission and goal can really deliver great results and contribute to society, as well as provide our value-packed life insurance products to Cambodian families,” said Loke Kah Meng.
And in celebration of the hard work and dedication of the Sovannaphum Life staff, more than 107 certificates of recognition were awarded for “Champion of the Year” and “Top Performer of the Year”.
There was also the “FiveYear Loyalty Award” for staff,
including the individual agents and bancassurance executives on standby at branches of all Sovannaphum Life’s bank partners throughout the country.
Among the key highlights of the previous year that were celebrated was the Women Run 10K event organised in collaboration with the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC), with the proceeds donated to two primary schools and an association that supports women.
Sovannaphum Life also organised the “Family Fun Bike” event at Phnom Penh’s Koh Pich City, raising from the sponsors a total of US$2,600 in support of Cambodian children in need.
