Punch Up Your Truck Tunes

Like many of you, my truck is my off-road escape machine and my daily driver. While I certainly zen-out in the peace and quiet of nature, the commute doesn’t offer the same opportunity. I enjoy my music and would rather listen to my own tunes than the guy playing both kinds of music (country and western) one lane over, or one truck behind (you know who you are Jason).

Rockford Fosgate has expanded its popular powered loaded enclosure category with three new models. Your new choices are the 8” 300-watt Punch Series P300-8P (MSRP: $199.99), the 10” P300-10T (MSRP: $229.99), and 12” P300-12T (MSRP: $249.99 - all USD)

They are self-contained subwoofer enclosures with built-in amplifiers. The high output subwoofers feature a low-pass crossover, bass EQ, and phase switch. The enclosures can be connected via speaker level inputs for connection to your factory system, or line level inputs for aftermarket systems like my Insane Audio JK2001. They also feature an intelligent auto turn-of/off circuit so you don’t need for a separate turn-on wire.
