*** Women’s Institute members Joanne Hill, Vivian Nichols, Margaret West, and Esther Chute, who turned 103 years old earlier this year.

Janice Lutz introduced the gathering’s guest speaker, Sarah Callow-Fisher. Callow-Fisher is a 25-year-old who grew up on the Brow Mountain Road and was al-

ways interested in gardening, just like her mother.

She opened her business “A Beautiful Wild” about a year ago on Alyesford Road. It is a flower farm and floral design, sustainably grown, and she makes beautiful bouquets using seasonal flowers from her garden. She is very passionate about her business and believes in no pesticides and no sprays. Her bouquets can also be bought at North Mountain Fine Coffees in Berwick and she can be found on Facebook.

Ruth Weir thanked CallowFisher and presented her with a small gift.

Some members visited life member Margaret West who just celebrated her 104th birthday.
