Another win for Kentville curlers

Team Mattattall off to another national event

Two Glooscap curlers have another feather in their collective cap after the Mattatall team captured the Wilsons Seniors Championship Feb. 12.

The Mattatall team went undefeated in the provincial senior women’s championships, which were held in Dartmouth.

As a result, Jill Alcoe-holland and Andrea Saulnier also qualified for the senior provincial championships that will take place in Fredericton in March.

Canada’s best male and female curlers over the age of 50 will take part in the 2017 Everest Canadian Senior Men’s and Women’s Curling Championships. The event is scheduled for March 18 to 25.
