• 45s Card Party - Canning Seniors Club, at the Canning Lions Hall, doors open 1 p.m., games start at 1:30 p.m. Admission $2, prizes and refreshments, 50/50.

• Riptide Rollers - 12 week Learn to Skate roller derby program at the Credit Union Centre. Cost is $95/person + $30 insurance. Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m. weekly. All skill levels welcome, including first time skaters. Mouthguard is required, available to purchase $4, or bring your own.
