• Senior Women Moving Forward Series - This is a workshop series offered by the Women’s Place Resource Centre for women who desire to strengthen their selfcare and support healthy relationsh­ips as they transform through life At the MacDonald Museum in Middleton on Tuesdays - Oct. 8, 15, 22, 29 & Nov. 5 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and at the Women’s Place Resource Centre in Annapolis Royal on Wednesdays – Oct. 9, 16, 23, 30 & Nov. 6, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. There is no charge for the workshops but registrati­on is necessary at 902-532-1898 to gather, do crafts or play games, have supper and watch a movie (COCO, from Disney Pictures).
