Provincial Property Online records list the 2020 commercial taxable value for the 65-acre Highway 1 property in Upper Clements at $1,257,100. A Facebook post published on the Upper Clements Parks Facebook page Sept. 6, 2019, says the park employed about 150 people during the open season, including a number of students.

The same Facebook post says the amusement park was built by the Province of Nova Scotia as an economic driver in 1988-89 for a cost of about $23 million.
