“Visitors say they like the entire floor plan,” says Petersen. This is a popular model and we have sold different variations of it, tweaking it each time to address lifestyle and function. It strikes a chord with many empty nesters with secondary bedrooms at walkout. Given the colour palette and quality of interior finishes, they walk in and say ‘ I could live here’.”
