In addition to products, they also feature a variety of looks and finishes. “We are a stone provider as well and carry a wide selection of aesthetics to complement and enhance existing décors,” adds Kent.

On point with trends, the popularity of electric fireplaces has evolved to the largest growing sector in the industry. Largely due to its capacity for innovation, it has the ability to remotely control flame and colour through LED lighting. Napoleon Fireplace now offer an E-fire app, which can control the lights, flame, blower and cycle the colours to create a mood for any occasion.

Very popular in custom homes, the LVSO is a linear fireplace with modern appeal that offers custom trim kits. “Dimplex features the OPTI-V that captures the most realistic flame experience that blends 3D technology and artistry with a simulated crackle and pop that matches flying sparks,” describes Kent, adding that some wood burning models now offer a guillotine slider for protection. “Our displays simply scratch the surface of what is now available.”
