Now we offer laminated black and stained-grade wood aesthetics,” says Rennie.

With their new location at 2105, 6027-79th Ave SE, their Design Gallery features 3,000 square feet of engaging displays with workspaces and an additional 7,000 square feet of offices and warehouse space. “The Design Gallery is impressive in how it displays the products within an open and airy décor,” admits Rennie of their showroom that includes select areas for accessories that features grills, glass, and hardware options with a coffee bar. “It was designed for comfort and ease of selection.”

Within their wide range of high quality products, the Alpha sliding window features a monoframe design, on-trend exterior colours, and triple-pane glazing. “The Alpha’s monoframe design makes it more air and water tight, which improves energy efficiency, comfort, and customer peace of mind,” cites Rennie.

Vivacé Eurostyle windows and doors afford the ability to design large window walls—much larger than conventional windows alongside unique features with a tilt-and-turn function for windows and tilt-and-slide patio doors. Luxurious vinyl laminate finishes can applied on the interior or exterior window, offering a more durable and long lasting finish versus painted metal, and is available in eight colours and three woodgrain finishes.

Durabuilt recently introduced a stainable Fir vinyl laminate for wood without the worry, and a black interior laminate to capture current design trends. “The black laminate is very popular in modern décors,” observes Rennie. “With current trends we are seeing more glass, energy efficiency with an emphasis on triple versus dual pane windows, and of course, colour options. Focus on front entries for making a great first impression are being widely populated with more contemporary styles that offer clean lines and geometric designs, providing the distinctive curb appeal that homeowners want,” concludes Rennie.
