Carraige Signature Homes prove that innovation is an option to be admired.

Walking through this Easton show home, you can appreciate the functionality of a layout that melds with quality workmanship, creative design, and comfort. Open and airy, graceful flows and exceptional styling prove that innovation is an option to be admired.

For over twenty years Carriage Signature Homes of Edmonton has enjoyed success building custom homes that demonstrate excellence in design, finishing details, and craftsmanship. Their one-on-one service protocol implements high standards so that you can be confident that Carriage will surpass your expectations. “We provide outstanding customer service and some of the most qualified tradesmen in the industry and we can build your dream home in less time than you think,” admits Kevin Petersen, General Manager of Carriage Signature Homes.

The Pagliano is a re-created show home that makes an impact with everything done just right. “We have another show home in Keswick that is similar, but with a more tradition décor and we wanted to see how transitional styling would appeal to those who prefer a contemporary context within a winning layout,” shares Petersen.

Located in Erin Ridge of St. Albert, the subdivision of Easton features a small enclave of custom homes that ensures that no two facades look alike. Close to shopping with more amenities on the horizon, Kevin adds, “We are excited to be part of this new phase of Erin Ridge in St. Albert.”

This forced, walk-out bungalow is ideal for empty nesters and families with older children and includes a main floor master and two bedrooms downstairs with a Jack and Jill bath, wine room, wet bar, and a generous lounge area. Displaying 2,057 square feet on the main with an additional 1,460 square feet of lower level comforts, generous windows and walkout features provide ample light throughout. “The home backs onto a treed walkway, so we have taken advantage of this by using large rear facing windows to enjoy the views,” describes Petersen.

Family-owned and dedicated to smaller volumes that afford the service and quality they are well known for, Carriage Signature Homes believes that elegance, beauty, efficiency, functionality, and pure desirability combine to make each home a true ‘Masterpiece.’ “We believe in true custom design and quality over quantity with each member of our team involved with our client’s wants and needs,” admits Petersen.

Special features capture a handsome barrel-vaulted ceiling with black walnut details. Herringbone patterned hardwood in the foyer and kitchen, and a curved staircase with feature wall. “This show home is a bit of a change for us as most people who have visited our homes have seen more traditional decors. It’s a different look for us that is still inviting and warm and something everyone could transition to,” adds Petersen.
