Aloft Partners With Design Within Reach

Aloft Hotels has partnered with Design Within Reach and will incorporate pieces from the design retailer into its re:mix lounge, the w xyz bar and the backyard.

Design Within Reach items range from chairs by Charles and Ray Eames to George Nelson Pendant Lamps. The Aloft collection will be a mix of 23 custom and in-stock pieces such as Verner Panton Chairs for the backyard and Nelson Platform Benches, Satellite Chandeliers, Eames Molded Plastic Side Chairs and Verpan Stools for both the re:mix lounge and the w xyz bar.

Installations of the new collection will roll out to properties such as Aloft Harlem, Aloft Nashville West End and Aloft Calgary.

The partnership and collection has been in the works for more than a year as the brands have been planning and modifying the layouts and costs.
