Hotel Indigo to open in downtown Chicago –

IHG’s boutique Hotel Indigo brand plans to open in downtown Chicago spring 2014. The 156-guestroom Hotel Indigo Chicago-Millennium Park will occupy the 101-year-old Atlantic Bank Building following a $20 million renovation, which will add four oors to the building and a rooftop bar.

In addition, Hotel Indigo will also open its rst property in Italy next year, located in Rome’s historic center. The 64-room Hotel Indigo Rome-St George is a conversion of the existing St George Hotel, and is scheduled to rebrand in the rst quarter of 2014.
