Burning the Clocks Brighton, UK December 21

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with this unique festival of light and art. Make a lantern, join the 2,000 walking in the parade, bundle up and enjoy the celebration. The parade ends on the beach where lanterns are tossed on a the longest night of the year. Lantern making workshops are held ahead of the event for those who don’t have the resources to make their own.
