ROOM FACILITIES

The guest services manager showed me around the lounge and bedroom of my 750-squarefoot Park Suite King room, demonstrating how to operate the flat screen TV and Internet and the oversized granite bath and rain shower (also with a TV and heated floors). I liked the uncluttered feeling of the room – all amenities were tucked away in purpose-built alcoves and popped out at the touch of a button – and cupboards opened on both sides to be accessible from the bedroom and lounge. The work desk was more than ample, the bed was comfortable and the turndown outstanding. Upon returning from meetings, I found my clothes folded and papers that had been scattered on the table and work area were now neatly ordered.
