AIRPORT REPORT
PHL Celebrates 75 Years – Philadelphia International Airport celebrates 75 years of service in 2015 with an exhibit on their history as well as art by local students. Photographs trace the history of the airport from its original four carriers in the 1940s to today’s operation. The exhibit can be found between Terminals C and D for ticketed passengers.
In Terminal A’s East Baggage Claim, students from the local Tinicum School celebrate the 75-year history of the airport with photographs, collages and colorful terminals, roadways and airplanes.
