Is There An Echo in Here?

Wynn Las Vegas has announced plans to equip all 4,748 of its rooms with Amazon’s Echo. Guests using the system will be able to control room lights, room temperature, drapery and the television with a series of voice commands. Personal assistant functions will be included in future releases.

Installation is scheduled to be completed in all guest rooms by summer 2017. According to the hotel, the extremely convenient feature will make it the first property in the world to have hands-free voice activated controls in all its rooms.
