Air France has en­listed Chef Ba­bette de Roz­ières to bring three cre­ole dishes to its Busi­ness and Pre­mium Econ­omy ser­vices. Chef Ba­bette grew up in Guade­loupe and later moved to Paris where she per­fected her craft. To­day she pro­motes French cui­sine all over the world and is now bring­ing her art to the e air.

The menu items will ll be avail­able on de­par­ture e from Cayenne (Frenchh Guiana), Fort de France (Mar­tinique) and Pointe à Pitre (Guade­loupe) to Paris-Orly and on flights on the Caribbean re­gional net­work be­tween Cayenne and Fort de France. Each month three new en­trees will l be avail­able.
