Hilton has broken ground on a new dual-brand property in Charlotte, NC. The new build is set to open in December 2018 with a 107-room Tru by Hilton and a 112-room Hampton by Hilton.

Shangri-La Colombo Sets November Opening –

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has set a Nov. 16 open for its Shangri-La Hotel Colombo. The hotel, which features 500 guestrooms and suites and 41 serviced apartments, is the second Shangri-La property in Sri Lanka.

Hilton Hotels has announced the signing of the Hampton by Hilton Santiago Las Condes in Chile. Slated to open in 2021, the 221-room hotel is the brand’s largest property in South America.

New Williams Inn Coming to Williamstown, MA –

The Williams Inn, a property owned by Williams College, is developing a new 64-room hotel in Williamstown, MA, slated for completion in spring of 2019. The present Williams Inn will continue to operate until then.
