Hotel operators facing increasing labor and constructi­on costs choose select margins, while also meeting the evolving needs of the guests who may value external venues and self-service, the STR report says.

Hyatt Centric Coming to El Salvador –

Hyatt Centric Hotels plans to open in San Salvador, El Salvador in fourth quarter of 2018. The 138-room property will be located in Soho Cascadas, a mixed-use developmen­t project.

Hilton Antakya Museum Plans Q4 2018 Opening –

Hilton has announced a fourth quarter opening for its Antakya Museum property in Turkey. Ancient artifacts uncovered from the archaeolog­ical site are a unique feature of the property.

The 199-room property offers spa, indoor/outdoor pools, and meeting venues for up to 3,000 people.
