Project: Smith, in the Beltline area, is under construction at 15th Avenue and 6th Street SW. The 18-storey residential tower has 129 homes, ranging from studios, one bedrooms (some with dens), two bedrooms and penthouses. There are also seven two-storey townhomes (City Homes) that will be at the base of the tower. More than half of the project is sold.

Developer/Builder: Grosvenor Canada is part of a 300-year-old international company based in the United Kingdom that now builds in seven cities in North America. Grosvenor has been building urban developments in Calgary for almost a decade.

Prices: Suites range in size from 449 square feet to 1,680 square feet (the largest being the two-storey City Homes). Prices start at $284,900 and go to $1.4 million for a penthouse. The development includes a concierge service, secure underground parking, amenities room, bike share program and tool library.
