COVE PROPERTIES

Multi-family Community of the Year

- Josh Skapin

Q To what do you attribute the Armory winning the award for Multi-family Community of the Year?

A Attention to detail. Every component was carefully scrutinized, right down to the most minute detail. Whether it was a significant part of the facade or a minor finishing detail, everything needed to come together perfectly. Q How does this development stand out from others? What makes this one different from others Cove has done?

A I would have to say the finishes. Being part of a high-end community like Currie allowed us a lot of flexibility and opportunity to do some special things with brick and mortar — true timber elements, even the windows were carefully selected with a colour to accent the facade with colour-matched balcony glass.

Q To people looking for a place to buy a new home, what do you think these awards say about the Armory?

A Quality and attention to detail. There was so much time and work that went into the development and construction of the project to make sure it was done right. This award is an honour and an acknowledgment of that.

Q What’s next for Cove Properties? What can you share about upcoming developments?

A We’re now selling the Chateaux at Kings Heights in Airdrie and the Pinnacle in Kincora. Our newest project will be the Apollo in the new Greenwich development across from the base of Canada Olympic Park. The project will consist of three buildings of four and five stories and will have access to COP, Highway 1 to Banff, and is a short drive to the Calgary city core. It’s going to be a fantastic development.
