JOHNSON COMMITS TO CANADIAN OPEN

World No. 1 Dustin Johnson headlines the field for the RBC Canadian Open next week at Glen Abbey in Oakville. Johnson will be making his fifth appearance at the Canadian Open. He tied for second at the event last year.

Six golfers in the world top 50 will compete — the others are No. 18 Matt Kuchar, who sits second at the halfway mark of the British Open, No. 28 Kevin Chappell, No. 33 Brandt Snedeker, No. 48 Gary Woodland and No. 49 Bubba Watson.

The 13-player Canadian contingent is topped by No. 54 Adam Hadwin.
